Office Assistant
We are searching for a Health Office Assistant to add to our team, approximately 25 to 30 hours per week needed.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls to accurately book appointments
- Assist with office administration
- Manage patient scheduling, billing and utilizing computer software
- Proactively identify and work with referral opportunities when engaging with clients/patients
- Help with patient education
- Participate in community outreach
Must Have Qualifications:

Physiotherapist
Our office is looking for both full and part time physiotherapists to join our award winning team.
We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic, a good communicator and enjoys working in a team based environment.
Our facility is first class with beautiful, top of the line modem equipment (height adjustable tables, modalities, decompression, gait scan, laser) and lots of working space. The current physic is fully booked for their treatment hours se we need additional physics to fill the available time.
The physio department enjoys regular referrals from the other health practitioners in our clinic and the wider community. As well, we have a strong internet presence and social marketing strategy that help drive new patient leads.
New grads, as well as experienced physiotherapists may apply.

Westwood Total Health is looking for a motivated, outgoing, team oriented chiropractor to join our group.
Centrally located in the Tri-Cities, our clinic offers chiropractic, massage therapy, and physiotherapy. The chiropractors utilize a vitalist approach to care with a focus on posture correction. The clinic has had one of the busiest chiropractic practices in the lower mainland for the past 15 years and been voted Favourite chiropractor 8 of the last 10 years. Our current system has allowed our other chiropractic associates to have rapid, low stress practice and financial growth. The clinic has strong social marketing processes that allow for an abundance of new patients as well as referrals from other practitioners in the clinic and the community.

RMT Associate
Westwood Total Health is looking for a full time and/or part time RMT to join our team!
Our clinic is modern, aesthetic and functional, having been a frequent winner of the A-List Best Place for Massage in the Tri-Cities.
A large, beautiful treatment room is provided along with full time reception, paperless record keeping and laundry. There is currently a wait list of massage patients at the clinic, as well as strong social marketing and referrals from other practitioners in the office, so you can have an instantly busy practice.
